2025 EAGLE ELITE CAMP

This overnight camp is open to experienced/varsity level girls who want a taste of what it is like to train and compete like a UWL Eagle. Sessions will include the techniques and drills used by the Eagles and campers will experience a fun and high-level competitive environment. Campers will be divided into groups based on skill level.

LOCATION: Mitchell Hall Gymnasium – UW-La Crosse Campus

COACHES: Head Coach Deb Sazama, UWL Coaching Staff and student-athletes.

TENTATIVE CAMP SCHEDULE:

Saturday, July 26
8:15 am – 9:00 am | Overnight Campers Check-In at Eagle Hall
9:00 am – Commuter | Campers Check-In at Mitchell Hall
9:15 am – 11:45 am | Training Session I | Positional training and evaluation
12 pm – 1:30 pm | Lunch (All Campers) and Information Session (I.e., Q & A with UWL players, coaches, athletic staff, UWL Academic Advisor)
1:45 – 4:15 pm Training Session II | Positional training, small sided game play, evaluation
4:30 pm – 5:30 pm | Dinner (All Campers)
6 pm – 8:15 pm | Training Session III – Game Play
8:15 pm | Commuter Pick Up (Mitchell Hall)

Sunday, July 27
8:30 am – 9:00 am | Check In (Mitchell Hall)
9:00 am – 12:00 pm | Session IV (Positional training and game play)
12:00 pm – 1:00 pm | Lunch (provided for all campers)
1:00 pm – 2:00 pm | Informational Session (i.e., Q & A with UWL Players, Coaches, Athletic Staff, UWL Academic adviser, film session)
2:00 pm – 5:00 pm | Session V (Team Tournament - Family and friends are welcome to come and watch)
